Function startEditGeometrySession

startEditGeometrySession(app, layer, interactionId?): EditGeometrySession
Creates the edit geometry session.
Parameters
- app: VcsApp
- layer: VectorLayer
- Optional interactionId: string
  
  id for registering mutliple exclusive interaction. Needed to run a selection session at the same time as a edit features session.
