Function startEditFeaturesSession

startEditFeaturesSession(app, layer, interactionId?, initialMode?): EditFeaturesSession
Creates an editor session to select, translate, rotate & scale the feature on a given layer
Parameters
- app: VcsApp
- layer: VectorLayer
- OptionalinteractionId: string
  id for registering multiple exclusive interaction. Needed to run a selection session at the same time as a edit features session.
- OptionalinitialMode: TransformationMode = TransformationMode.TRANSLATE
Returns EditFeaturesSession
