Function copyClippingPlanesToCollection

copyClippingPlanesToCollection(source, result, transformMatrix?, originPoint?): ClippingPlaneCollection
copies the clippingplanes and the properties from source to result
Parameters
- source: ClippingPlaneCollection
- result: ClippingPlaneCollection
- OptionaltransformMatrix: Matrix4
  4x4 matrix specifying the transform of clipping planes from Earth's fixed frame to another one
- OptionaloriginPoint: Cartesian3
  the origin point of the transformation target, so the plane distance can be set correctly
